Service providers fall into two groups, which one are you? Will you be a good business partner to them helping them to proactively craft new business processes? Or will you passively sit back, wait for them to “figure it out” and tell you what to do? Who will their business partner of tomorrow be… someone from the proactive partner group, or someone who waits to be told what to do?
