How do you keep government from issuing another “half-baked” regulation?  Tell the government that you don’t need regulation and write it for them!  This is exactly what MBA has done with the MIRA legislation!  The problem is, does that accurately represent the Settlement Industry?  Who is participating and representing the Industry?  If this is representation why isn’t there more in the form specific business practice definition related to Settlement, seems kind of ME TOO!
