RESPA Reform or RESPA Flu?

Do you feel the symptoms?  This week is proving to be very interesting and with nobody really knowing which way is up!  Fort Worth, Texas closes all schools affecting 80,000 students for 1 confirmed case of flu, WOW!
 
Just on the day ALTA is set to speak with HUD about the New RESPA Regulation an act is in committee to suspend its implementation!  Make no bones about it, RESPA will change and will likely be more complicated than the current regulation, let’s hope that it is constructed on fact and not the “impression” of some government intern!
 
Come on Obama, can business get any tougher?
