Does the new HUD-1 promote lender fee bundling
Does the new HUD-1 promote lender fee bundling? I am just now getting up to speed on the new changes and after attending a seminar recently I became confused. I may be really off base, however, it seems that by only allowing certian charges to be listed out seperately on the GFE and then on the HUD that it will allow lenders to hide fees by allowing them to just lump them all together. Please let me know that you think.
