Should the lender be the one who determines which of the 3 boxes the GFE fees should appear in?
As a closing entity we would not know if we were a prefereed provider or otherwise, which would guide which box the fees would go in.

Mike,

Absolutely the lender should give direction about which fees appear where on page 3. The lender is responsible for the outcome of this information, therefore they want and need to make the appropriate allocations.
