Simultaneous Issue Questions for 2010 HUD-1

Many are asking how to appropriately quote and show premiums on the 2010 HUD-1.  Will some of you mind sharing your thoughts about whether you will quote full rate owner's premium and full rate lender's premium or whether you will quote SI fees?  Also, please note whether owner's title insurance is a market custom in your area, and any questions you have for the community surrounding these fees in a 2010 world.
