A New Round of FAQs Published by HUD

With Labor Day upon us, we're quickly heading into the 4th quarter ... and you know what that means.  The scramble for successful RESPA implementation is on in full force.  There's a flury of activity, but we will keep you informed and up to date.  HUD has issued a new round of FAQs (updated Sept 1st).  We strongly recommend you spend some time reading and understanding these.  We anticipate even more coming soon.  Of course, we want to hear your questions, analysis and thoughts about what's contained in the FAQs as well as what clarification you still need for your successful RESPA implementation.
