NEW HUD
Has anyone been able to determine how to show the fee for an Insured Closing Protection letter. IF it is grouped in the title services line (1101) is there a separate entry also outside the columns to show this charge? And (2) is this fee added to the general fee splits that are shown in line 1107 and 1108?
New HUD Forms
Dear all-
Jay: You can create another entry (there is room for custom data).
Our company has been working on new HUD/GFE forms. We have made these new forms completely fillable (the new 3-page HUD/GFE). Take a look at:
http://www.bpktech.com/mtgforms/ and provide your feedback.
Thanks,

Revised Answer!
HUD published their FAQs today. They state the Endorsements should also be included in the amounts showing on line 1107 and 1108.
To Roll or Not to Roll...
As we interpret the Rule, it is appropriate to itemize the ICL fee outside the column in 1100s if the payee is a 3rd party to the disbursing agent. So if this is paid to your underewriter, it should be included in 1101 AND listed in its own outside the column line also.
As of now, we believe splits on 1107 and 1108 only have to do with title insurance premiums.
